Walkers Heath Allotments are situated on the border of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. The last allotment site to be designed by Geoff Cole in the early 1970's, we are lucky to be in a quiet little corner surrounded by beautiful park and farmland, with country lanes nearby and wildlife constantly joining us throughout the year. Sitting on the edge of Birmingham in the suburbs of Druids Heath and Kings Norton, peace and quiet is literally just a few steps away. Our site is a friendly community with people from all walks of life who wave hello and stop for a natter while passing with the wheelbarrow or watering can. Retired couples, professionals, healthcare workers, managers and many others - a real mix of men and women who swap news, tips, talk about the weather and compliment each others efforts, whether experts of beginners. INTERESTED IN BECOMING A PLOT HOLDER? Due to allotments becoming more and more popular, like many others sites, we have a waiting list. If you wish to add your name or make further enquiries, contact the Secretary (Lisa) at the following email address: walkersheathallotments@blueyonder.co.uk You can also get further information and make enquiries through Birmingham City Council on: | Terry, Joyce and John enjoying a cup of tea on Terry's plot.

HOW TO FIND US
We are located between Kings Norton and the Maypole.
From Bells Lane, turn into Druids Lane near the No. 50 bus terminus. Follow the Lane around - after the bend, take the first right into the driveway (signposted Walkers Heath Recreation Field). The gates are at the end of the short driveway.
